We are entering a major growth and service delivery phase and are hiring an Implementation Manager with a background in telecom or broadband to drive customer orders from sale through implementation and turn-up. This role is ideal for someone who understands how network services are delivered in real-world environments and can take ownership of execution across multiple stakeholders, systems, and sites.

Primary Objective

Oversee the end-to-end implementation process for customer orders, ensuring services are delivered accurately, on time, and with operational excellence.

What You’ll Do

End-to-End Implementation Ownership

• Take signed sales orders and drive them through the full implementation lifecycle
• Track progress from order intake through service activation (“turn-up”)
• Maintain clear visibility into every active order and its status
• Proactively remove obstacles, resolve blockers, and escalate issues when needed

Program & Service Delivery Execution

• Support large-scale implementation of services across hundreds of sites
• Coordinate across internal teams, vendors, and partners to ensure milestones are met
• Ensure timelines, deliverables, and service commitments are consistently achieved
• Hold stakeholders accountable to next steps and deadlines

Data & Systems Management

• Maintain clean, accurate, and complete records across systems, trackers, and reporting tools
• Ensure implementation data is reliable and up to date for operational and leadership visibility
• Identify data gaps, inconsistencies, or breakdowns in process and drive resolution

Process Execution & Improvement

• Follow and refine standard operating procedures aligned with service delivery
• Help build repeatable, scalable workflows as volume increases
• Continuously improve execution discipline, efficiency, and consistency

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Work closely with operations, engineering, and sales teams, vendors, and external partners
• Communicate clearly and consistently to keep all stakeholders aligned

What Success Looks Like

• Orders move efficiently from signed contract to live service
• Implementations are delivered on schedule with minimal delays or escalations
• Leadership has clear, accurate visibility into pipeline and activation status
• Data is reliable, consistent, and easy to report on
• Processes scale smoothly as order volume grows

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Experience in telecom, broadband, or fiber network implementation
• Understanding of service delivery, provisioning, or network deployment workflows
• Experience managing orders from sale through activation/turn-up
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
• Strong ownership mindset with a track record of follow-through and accountability
• Comfortable managing multiple workstreams, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously
• Proficient with systems, spreadsheets, and learning new tools quickly
• Clear and confident communicator across cross-functional teams
